Review: I recently had a retailer dealership with this company until I made my first tire transaction with them went to place another order which then found out my account was revoked with no notice or received anything in the mail. So I kept trying to contact my district rep [redacted] finally got a hold of him an was because I wasn't a resell shop which I was just was waiting for my permit which I did receive an then I began to contact him again he told me that's great just mail it in to the accounts office so that they had a copy of it on file an everything would be taking care of he was going to call them to get me reinstated. So proceeded to wait for my account to activated online which it never was an now when I call him all I get is his voice mail been leaving messages for weeks still got nothing in return. So I called back into the company talk to the financial services dept they told that my account has been closed for good an the only person I could talk too was a [redacted]. Still not giving me a reason why it's closed. So I got a hold of [redacted] an his answer to why I couldn't have my account was because I lived to close to another bigger dealer an they didn't want to make him mad. An that I could go threw him. There idea of close is 20 miles away an I insisted on telling him that. But there is a guy in Arthur Wi with the same dealership I got which would be closer to that bigger dealer that he didn't want to make mad.. I don't understand how he can have one but I can't. He said my account isn't closed which it is. So he was going to see what else he could do that's been roughly two weeks ago now I've been calling leaving messages still nothing in return!! An in the beginning when I got interviewed for the account I had to have at least $4000 dollar in sales an my first purchase was a set of tractor tires that cost a little over 2000 dollars an one of the tires has a small defect in it a hole in the side wall of it which I've told Steve that on many voicemails an still nothing done!Desired Settlement: Like my account reinstated an that tire replaced or refund!!!

Thanks for taking my call today. We take complaints very seriously. After reviewing Austin Farms, here is why we closed his account:- As per attachment, he is a High Credit Risk. He could not supply us with any Bank References or Trade references, subpar credit score etc.- He doesn’t have a retail presence and operates out of his house (we do not sell to end users). We are a wholesaler. No signage.- When he answers phone, he doesn’t answer it Austin Farms. It’s not a business line, it’s his personal cell phone.- We have minimum purchase requirements that he did not meet.- We have a re-distributor in the area that he can buy from.His letter to you is the first we’ve heard that he possibly has a defective tire. Our Field Rep will stop and look at it. If it is defective, we will credit him.Please call or email with any questions. Thanks, [redacted]Area Business Manager [email protected]

tech that came out was Lou - showed up on time, very courteous, area was spotless after he left - would highly recommend.

mick was very helpful and professional. answered all questions.
