I am rejecting this response because:
I agree I have no contracts with the company Signature or Designs by Farah for the 2nd bathroom or what they claim is upgrades but have invoiced me for $11,000+ for that work My husband and I did send Signature the full amount of money owed for the only contract we signed to upgrade our master bathroom The check has not been cashed but Signature has threaten us with turning this over to collection, suing us and putting a Lien on our property all while We are refuting the charges and tried to work with them As far as my husband and I know we are not in litigation We are refuting the invoices (what Signature has called work orders) for the $11,000.+ since we had no contract nor did we want the work done without knowing how much it would cost This work was done while my husband and I were out of town We are working with Consumer Protection Services also on this matter

I am rejecting this response because:
I had no contract on the work signature performed.  The one contract for the master bathroom was paid in full even though there are a lot of issues with it like caulking already separating from walls and leaking from shower doors onto bathroom floor. fThey continue to claim we owe them monies but we had no other contract with them except for the work on the master bathroom.  Signature sent us a work order for work already completed and without our permission nor approval in writing.  My husband and I had no idea what they doing until it was done and where they came up with the amount.  This has been a nightmare working with this company and I don't see how this company could be on your better business list.
