I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have spoken to my insurance company and they stated that this is considered poor workmanship because all of the areas that we have had issues with in the past, are reoccurring issues in the same areas. I can work with Design Build and wait until spring, but I do expect all areas to be properly fixed and j-channel to be added to the areas that they were not due to poor workmanship. If the work is not fixed properly, I will be taking this matter to Small Claims Court. I have given *** with Design Build several opportunities to correct the problem the right way, but he has glued the siding together instead of installing j-channel and rigged things just to get by. Each time the work is done with no care and no regard to doing it right, he is only worried about getting it done quickly

To whom it may concern,I *** Have spoke with the owner this past winterand explained to her that the siding was caused by very strong winds. This not covered and that she should call the InsCo., The workmanship had nothing to do with itbut that in the spring I will look at

Review: Design Build of Southeastern Wisconsin, LLC was contracted to provide the service of replacing the siding and trim on our residence with a one (1) year service warranty on all material and labor. I have had several issues with the siding coming off due to missing j-channel in several areas and poor workmanship. [redacted], owner, has been out a few times to rectify the problem but more areas are coming down along with one of the previous areas that was not properly fixed.

A "Breach of Contract" letter along with photos of the siding and trim that are coming off were sent certified mail to [redacted] of Design Build of Southeastern Wisconsin, LLC on February 1, 2016 informing him that he was in breach of our contract titled "Rehabilitation Contract" dated November 14, 2014 (the "Contract") after he refused to return my calls to get the siding and trim fixed.

Design Build of Southeastern Wisconsin, LLC has breached the following obligation(s) under the Contract:

Section: 4.0 Contractor Performance Requirements

Description: 4.2 Contractor shall provide a one (1) year service contract on material and labor on all work required by the contract from the date of final payment for the work. Contractor shall, in addition, provide the manufacturer's standard warranties on all materials and equipment installed.Desired Settlement: I would like the siding and trim replaced and installed properly so that there are no further issues.
