They returned phone calls, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job of repairing our roof We live in an 8-year-old house with three dormers on a very steep roof The original roofer did not put flashing around the dormers causing water, over a long period of time, to do damage and seep into the house They fixed all three in a day's time We would give them an EXCELLENT rating if we could
I asked a neighbor who had done their roof and they recommended Douglas Carpet Cleaning and Roofing companyThe neighbor said they had one call back but stressed that Douglas came out immediately to make the needed small repairOkay, then, I came to the Revdex.com after asking a big box home products store for a recommendation and got redirected hereMade senseLow and behold, there was the Douglas business that had been recommended by the neighbor earlierI called Douglas and they came out the next dayWe had only needed a few shingles replaced that were damaged by recent windsI had already purchased the exact match shingles from the builder supply that the original roofing had come fromThey replaced full shingles, rather than single tabs like others have doneThe repair took about 30-minutesVery pleased with the result that restored the original look of the roof
