Review: I spent over 18k in exterior upgrades to my home. One of those upgrades included "lifetime" hardware replacement fir the front door which I paid extra for and around three months ago I noticed the door handle starting to have some specks on it, then the coating started to peal off. I have the contract and can provide that upon request and also several emails over the past three months that I sent to design concepts but they haven't responded. I only want what I paid for and is listed in the sales contract. I am very disappointed with the poof customer service in correcting this issue and would prefer not to have to go this route but I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from [redacted] from design concepts.Desired Settlement: I just want to get what I paid for and have the doorhandle and lock replaced.
