Regarding the complaint filed with your Bureau from Mr. [redacted] we are aware of the matter.  We had agreed to pay the $6,000.00 back that was given for the installation.  In good faith, we have already given Mr. [redacted] $3,000.00 back and have made him aware of the financial delay regarding...

getting the balance to him.  We explained to him the change in the original contract amount was due to the requirements that Electrical Inspector had required that was different from what we had original quoted and installed which is still in the possession of Mr. [redacted].  We have explained through several correspondence that we would get the balance to him as soon as possible but we would not give a check payment that wouldn't be honored.We will make every effort to get him paid within 45 business days from the date of this letter.  As we have explained to Mr. [redacted] it is has always been our goal to repay the balance unfortunately we have been unable to do so sooner.  Hope this shows our commitment to getting this matter resolved.
