The customer complained that one of the discs he ordered did not play in someone's automobile CD playerWe asked to return it, or some other disc samples, so we could identify whether there was indeed a technical problemThe client refusedWe then offered to take the full value of the order
he paid for and apply it toward an order of discs made through a different processHe refusedWe then offered to take all the discs back and give a full refundThe client didn't like that option, as he had already distributed a few dozen CDsWe believe we have gone above and beyond to make this customer happyHowever, he has not been particularly helpful in allowing us to identify WHETHER there was even a problem to begin with, and has found all our offers unsatisfactory, even though we made them in good faith, offering to take product back and give a refund without knowing whether there was in fact a problem with the productAnd the client's request that we refund all his money AND make him new CDs is unreasonableWe've already offered to apply the price he paid to a new order
