our customers are given instructions on how to take care of their Kerb, the curing time (which is 30 days). At [redacted] request we came out and resealed her Kerb on April 16th, April 24th and June 23rd. When she requested us to come out to do the annual reseal she agreed to discounted rate of $50.40. After our employees were finished with the reseal [redacted] refused to pay them. Our Warranty states that it will renew with the purchase of a reseal from Kwik Kerb.
