To Whom it May Concern,We installed [redacted] lf of Kerb for [redacted] on April 10, Per contract she chose Integral color , sloping border Kerb in Cherokee Red and Cream Beige, it was installed per industry standards, Integral Color Kerb can have variations in color due to the processAll of our customers are given instructions on how to take care of their Kerb, the curing time (which is days)At [redacted] request we came out and resealed her Kerb on April 16th, April 24th and June 23rdWhen she requested us to come out to do the annual reseal she agreed to discounted rate of $After our employees were finished with the reseal [redacted] refused to pay themOur Warranty states that it will renew with the purchase of a reseal from Kwik KerbSince [redacted] did not purchase a reseal, her Warranty is void.I will send copies of the contract and other documents by mail.Thank you, [redacted] ***Kwik Kerb864- [redacted] Road Suite [redacted] , SC
