Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]
The issues presented have been an ongoing effect trying to correct. Starting on 9/30/2015 the issue were brought forward. Being a few small items that were handled, then flooring basement leak and yard issue. An email was sent on 6/23/2016 to recheck on issues, with no response I called [redacted] asked me to resend the email which was done on 7/14/2016. Included in these emails were [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and yes our buyers agent. 8/26/2016 another email was sent to once again check on updates, and then 10/28/2016 another update email (which included all). 11/14/2016 a man from DDI did come to look at the yard issue, in which they looked infront of the neighbors house, never exciting their vehicle and was no way possible for them to see our front yard, which is not a "tire" track, it is front heavy equipment that was driven across our front in order to repair the sinking pavement in front of our front steps. I have spoken with my husband and we are going to handle this issue on our own instead of going back and fourth. The flooring issue was finally addressed in mid December well over a year after bringing the issue up. On 1/1/2017 an email was sent regarding the leak in the basement. [redacted] responded [redacted] is coming which was on 1/13, his suggestion was to put build up outside to help the water go away from the house, which is fine, although that is not fixing the actual problem. I am more then willing to close the case if we can agree when the snow melts to have the crack repaired correctly in a timely fashion after snow melting. (Prior to July 1) I would like to mention, about stating I do not remember where it was leaking. This is impossible since we have been dealing with the crack since we closed on the house. Again, I am willing to work with DDI on the issue, we just want our foundation issue corrected, as the foundation is the livelyhood to our home. This has nothing to do with homeownership knowledge, this is more trying to provide a safe and stable home for my family in which the work was guaranteed. If the issue is corrected my thoughts towards DDI would greatly improve.

The flooring issue has been addressed. Regarding the basement and me saying that I could not remember the last time it leaked is false. Any time we recieve a heavy rain fall water comes through. They have been to the house two times already to fix, and both times the repair has failed. The continually try to fix only the inside, which leads me to below the physical crack that people are looking for is on the outside of the foundation. I have attached 2 photos what the leak looks like when there is heavy rain. Also [redacted] from DDI had mentioned putting more loom on the outside to bring the water away from the house. That still does not actually fix the issue.  As for the yard, when DDI came to look they never got out of their truck and they were park in front of the neighbors house. So 1)to say it is on town issue is incorrect because it is my front lawn, 2) I also have 2 neighbors comfirming they never got out of their truck and there was no way for the worker to see my lawn from the equipment that went on it. I have also attached 2 photos of the lawn issue, which you can clearly see it is my yard not the street.  DDI is very hard to work with, we would constantly give them open availability they would say they would come and never show, apparently only there time matters. Great company to work with prior to receiving our money, once they had the money, they treat customers horriffic. Multiple neighbors in the development agree strongly with this statement.

I would respectfully disagree with this complaint. No one "rushed" her to close, there were issues with a last minute change in her wanting to have the flooring upgraded and do it herself. If I recall correctly she originally was getting carpet (which does not require underlayment) and changed to...

tile (which does require underlayment). She had a couple of minor issues of which were taken care of. We do not make every product in a house, including the cabinets and smoke detectors. We don't dig homeowner yards, we did dig in the ROW to hook up power to another house. Our warranty requires we look at an issue within 60 days and take care of it (provided something doesn't have to be ordered) within 90 days. We were certainly far short of these deadlines. The only issue I am aware of is a window which we are working with the manufacturer to correct a locking issue.
