Hi ***, thank you for your information, we have spoken with the owner of the Rancho Cordova La Bou café, they said that it did not happen there and they do not have a woman manager or owner. Would you be able to find out a little more information or address of the location they went

I'm a little unsure on why they stated there was no woman owner/manager when the woman clearly stated she was. The address to the location is [redacted] not in Rancho Cordova. Are you sure the right location was spoken with? Attached is a picture of the receipt. The hair was in the first item.

Hello, There was a man that came up to the counter and returned his sandwich which was almost entirely eaten.  He said that there was a hair in it and that he didn't want it.  I did not see a hair on it I saw some sort of fiber possibly from an article of clothing I'm not sure. I asked if he would like another sandwich and he said no.  I asked him if he would like something else and it would be no problem.  He again said no.   Minutes later he returned to the cashier and asked for a refund. I explained that our policy is to give store credit for another day or to receive another item.  I asked if he wanted to do that and he said yes until we were interrupted by a woman and she demanded that he receive a refund.  I again explained our policy and repeatedly offered to give them another sandwich, cookies, coffee drinks, lunch another day etc.  The woman repeatedly made remarks about us not wearing hair nets and I said that the health department doesn't require that.  I also stated that the policy was in place because other La Bou stores have had a problem with false claims.  I assured her that I knew that wasn't the case, it wasn't a hair but either way it doesn't belong in the sandwich that he ate.  She asked if I would have eaten it and I said no but that I also wouldn't have eaten nearly the entire sandwich and then complained and asked for a refund.  After several minutes of talking the man decided to have another sandwich.  He chose not to get a free lunch next time, a free pastry, dessert or drink.  He received two sandwiches for the price of one and was satisfied with that.  I brought the new sandwich out to their table and again asked if I could bring them some cookies or brownies for dessert and he said no.  The man is the one who paid for the order.   Thank you,
