I have order from this company back in February 2020 and my package is still not here. I have sent many emails to them to found out about my package.They told me it was because of Covid and there was no plane flying and they were waiting for a flight to Canada. They have sent me a Tracking number and I could see my package was There . As of Today July 17 2020 I have received one email this morning to tell me that my package was lost and said that they can ship to a another country if I require!!!!!

I have been waiting 4 months for my package and now it's lost I required a refund. I ts a scam and Bad business.
I am extremely desapointed with them.

I ordered with this company in April. It is now June and still no product. I have emailed the help desk a couple times who sent me tracking information. Well, that's great, I can see that the package is in California.... sitting.... for weeks. Do your business elsewhere.

Ordered a medical assistant hoodie with my name down the arm on March 24th. Never received order updates and the site still showed my order was processing. I emailed them on April 7th and 14th looking for a status. I was given a tracking number for what seemed like a fishy logistics company. The item was in China! No where does it say the item is being shipped directly from China and they make it seem like they are a US company! On April 17th an email went out from the company to myself and over 50 other customers stating that there was an error with our orders and they are working on replacements now. This email was not encrypted at all and exposed our information. Zero communication since the email went out and no response to any of our requests for refunds as we never received what we ordered.

I ordered a hoodie back April 15th and have heard nothing. Still says order received but nothing since. I emailed them on April 29th asking for an update. NOTHING. If I don't hear anything by Tuesday the 5th, I will be forced to submit something to my credit card company and cancel my order. This is ridiculous that they can't respond.

Still not shipped!
I ordered a sweatshirt saying a quote about nurse who survived the coronavirus 2020. I ordered one and was planning on ordering more for my staff after it arrived. I ordered my sweatshirt April 10th. This was the friday before easter so I didn't start counting business days until the following Tuesday April 14th. On April 15th I got an email saying it was in transit and providing a tracking number. A week later I emailed saying the shipping lable was created but it still has not been received by fedex. The emailed back saying its in transit and fedex has not updated their system. I called fedex today April 22nd and they have not received my package. If this is a scam fine, that's my fault for ordering online but, I would like to know that so I can find a different option for me and my staff. And its really not the time to be scamming nurses by the way!

On 3/24/20 I made a purchase from a website that was on Facebook. They site for the order shows that it was $43.98 however when I look at my back account for that transaction it shows a different amount $44.42. It was a company called Designfullprint they had hooded sweatshirts that said Never Underestimate A Medical Assistance who 2020 Corona Virus Pandemic. I have emailed the company numerous times to check the status of the order, I have never received a tracking number. I have never received a reply, today 4/20/20 I received a mass email where the company had literally sent everyone an email (listing their personal email) saying that they had system issues and sweatshirts were made wrong. They said that they would be sending out the correct on with a new tracking number. They took the payment the day that I ordered it sweatshirt. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the unprofessional way that they handled my personal information by sending it in a mass email for others to see. The mass email had several people attached to it. They are also requesting a refund as I have done. They will also be sending an email advising of the same type of situation with this company. I gave them multiple chances to get in touch with me and they have never. My order number is TUY23681 it was $39.99 plus $3.99 shipping coming to $43.98. I tried to contact the number that is listed on the website and it just rings busy there is no answer, please help me either get my money back or the sweatshirt that I paid for.
I have all the emails and the information from where I ordered and have been using the Arrive app which is how you are suppose to track your order.

I should have done some research on this company before buying a product from them. On their website it shows they have Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram but when you click on the link the companies name is not showing. This company was an ad on Facebook and that's how I found them. I can tell you that the phone number is always busy. They tell the consumer to email them. The address on the site they couldn't spell Delaware the right way. The hoodie which shipped from China via DHL from a company called Tidebuy took longer than was told to me when I ordered it. It probably had to go through customs among other things so I understand. So, I ordered a US Army hoodie with my last name on the left sleeve, in Mens 2XL. So when it came I put it on and the anger set in. I could easily fit two of me in this hoodie. I looked for the tag with the size and how to wash the garment. To my surprise it had nothing. Not a tag, sticker, or ANY kind of info about the size of this hoodie. It also was missing the string to tie the hood close. I did find a forum on the internet where other consumers complained about the same issue. NO TAG WITH SIZE ON IT AND HOW THEY COULD SWIM IN IT. I have never in my history of buying clothes have had no tag having the size of garment and how to take care of garment. I've tried to work with this company but got no results. All they did was asked me to take a picture of the shipping tag on the bag from DHL then ask me to take a picture of my size. Now I don't know how to take a picture of my size, so I asked them did they want me to take a picture of myself with no shirt on. I received no response.
