I am rejecting this response because:Terry stated that the unit went thru quality control.  This is a false statement.  There are three highly visible manufacturing defects.  Please see the attached pictures.  Obviously their quality control is inadequate or never happened as stated.Also, [redacted] failed to mention that I sent an email to the President on July 7th that went unanswered.  Tried to attach the email but the limit is 4 docs.  An email from the shipping company to [redacted] on July 6th that went unanswered.  Where the shipping company reviewed the attached pictures and stated they were manufacturing defects. See attached.And a call on July 7th to [redacted] that went unanswered.

Review: We order a coffee table from this company and were told that it would arrive at the Design Galleria warehouse around June 7, 2016.

They did not contact us when the coffee table arrived at their warehouse.

We called [redacted] on 6/13/16 and left a message for him to call us back. He never returned our call.

On 6/27/16, I emailed the president, [redacted], and asked him for an update. [redacted] did not respond to my email.

On 6/28/16, I call [redacted] and the phone went dead after a few minutes on hold.

Later that day, [redacted] from Design Galleria called us and stated that "our coffee table arrived but the warehouse pushed our order to the side". He promised that the warehouse would call us later that day. They never call us back.Desired Settlement: No cost delivery by 7/1/16.
