This is in reference to customer complaint number [redacted] As the customer stated he had an issue with his vehicle and he brought it to the lot for repair It was during this time that Hurricane Harvey happened and we had vehicles that were affected by flooding The customers vehicle was one of the vehicles in question We did try to explain to the customer that the claim that he put in with his insurance was not necessary since the vehicle was damaged on our lot We then tried to explain that what we offer are leases and as the lien holder we filed a claim for all of our inventory that was on the lot The customer was adamant that we return "his" vehicle and we could not come to an agreement as to the status of the vehicle [redacted]

The following is in response to complaint # [redacted] Customer states that she was told that the vehicle was never damaged and that vehicle had never been damaged Customer the said that she took the vehicle to Gunn Nissan where she was told that thevehicle was not road worthy The vehicle was purchased at an auction after which is was ispected and deemed road worthy by the state of Texas Although we did have a body shop do repairs on the vehicle I do not understand where the extent of the damage came from We had the vehicle picked up from Gunn, towed to a shop, repaired and reinspected (at no cost to the custmer) The customer then asked to renegotiate the purchase price but asked for less than what we initially invested in the vehicle I tried to explain that cash price and payment price are very different but she was not hearing me Since it is a lease I explained that she can terminate it at any time with no repercussions towards the balance of the contract

I am rejecting this response because:How does the dealership not know where or how a vehicle in their possession obtained damages when he stated he had it repaired using the company ReflectionsI asked to renegotiate the amount because out was leased based on his employees stating it was never in an accident and under manufactures warranty which it no longer is due to the damage even with the repairsI'd like to recoup the money I've paid and terminate the lease contract without further out of pocket moneyIt's the right and honest thing to do

This is in response  to complaint [redacted].   We have about 3 or 4 spots on our contracts where we point out the payment schedules for the customers and have them initial by one as well.  We also have staff whose sole purpose is to call and contact customers with a payment...

reminders to try and keep our customers current.   As the complaint by [redacted] pointed out she was behind in payments ( she feels it was 2 and was told by us it was 3); whether she is correct or the company is correct we still have a customer admitting to being behind on payments. As for the recovery team.... We outsource for recoveries of our assets.   When they find our vehicles and bring them in we are not privy to the how and where they find and secure the vehicles.
