Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2015/03/02) */
She has hired an attorney and we are currently in the process of working out a mutual agreement.
Her complaint is not valid. There are too many issues involved to explain in writing.
After nearly 21 years in business I have seen...

quite a bit and met multiple personalities...
Try really hard to help someone and it seems always the same, "give an inch, take a mile".
That being said and type of arbitration that needs to take place I am more than willing.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 14, 2015/03/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have hired an attorney but we are at an impasse. They were supposed to tear out the tile floor in my bathroom including substrate and replace and level. They told me this had to be done. Then they told me it shouldn't be done and I asked for an accounting in the difference price. They lost the first order of plumbing fixtures. They sent a plumber out who tore out my bath tub fixtures. They sent out their son who spent the day here who said he couldn't make the new plumbing fixtures work. I was charged $750. For that day and I have a working new toilet. Turns out their son is not a licensed plumber. They have given me quotes for toilet and sink and they are now trying to charge more. All I have ever asked for is a complete accounting of the $2500 I gave them. They tiled over about 60 sf of tile floor and I have a new toilet and pedestal sink that is leaning against a wall and that is it. I have a nun level floor. It took them three weeks to accomplish that. I have asked for an accounting of that $2500 by invoices. I don't think that is unreasonable. [redacted] and [redacted] refuse to do that. My attorney has requested it. [redacted] gives him the same unproductive answers as he has done in this Revdex.com statement. I would like for them to pay to put my plumbing back on the bathtub fixture that was incorrectly torn out. I want to have repaired the cracked tile their tiler broke when he dropped the door hinge on it. I do not think I am unreasonable in this. I have told them I will pay for the toilet and sink. I will take a look at the invoices. I will not pay for express shipping on the second order of the plumbing supplies because the lost the first order. I will not pay for the faucets and shower fixtures they ordered and had to return because the unlicensed plumber they sent out couldn't get them installed and said they wouldn't work. I want them to pay for the repair of the cracked tile their tiler broke after installed. This job was supposed to take a week. They started this job on dec 23 and I have been with a non working sink since then. I do not accept [redacted] personal attack as a stand in for simple business practices. He is not working w my attorney. He has provided the same kind of responses that he has here. He has not provided an accounting of the $2500 and has in fact billed me for another $2550. Again w just his word no supporting documents and no invoices. This includes $750 for his son for a day of trying to install new faucet fixtures to a new sink. They were going to Ryder. 28" sink which I wanted and I realized it wouldn't fit. I had to asked to check the height of the toilet before they ordered. This was not the professional group I was hoping to work with. It is really incredible that [redacted] says that he is working on a settlement w my attorney. Again he has provided no invoices. I am expected to just take [redacted] and [redacted]'s word that I do not need an accounting of the $2500 I gave them nor an accounting of the additional $2550. Pick have a 60 sf bathroom floor that is tiled over w unremarkable 2" hex tile and a toilet that works and a new pedestal sink leaning precariously against the wall.
