Customer picked a refrigerator that would fit in the space provided but is unwilling to purchase the articular fridge that I specked out that would allow access tot eh drawers with the door open at 90%.They want me to pay for the upgraded refrigeratorCustomer also insisted in putting the
refrigerator to the right side of the sink to spite my advise that they should put it in another locating where it would be accessible better on the other side of the room where the adjacent wall is much shorter.I never make these mistakes and this client is trying to get something for nothing.I would have gladly have helped her if she was not so nasty and pointing fingers to blame.why is it that I am paid in full and this is only coming up now that the job is done I ask? They were told what fridge to get that would be fully accessible at 90% door opening and were too cheap to get that model which costs $more

This by no means is a reflection on the caliber of work on the cabinetsThe cabinets as I have said are beautifulMy complaint is with a problem with the french door refrigerator not being able to open sufficiently on the right side. The professionals needed to make adjustments to the plans when they knew the new choice of refrigerator. They had the specs and should have realized there would be a problemI trusted their expertiseI am rejecting the suggestion to get a different refrigerator. I have offered another suggestion and have emailed pictures with a solution that I feel will workIf it doesn't then it becomes my problem.Sincerely,*** ***

Review: Design Line Kitchens APPROVED a refrigerator and assured me that it would function fine because of the 3 inch filler added to the right side between the refrigerator and the wall. Unfortunately, the right french door DOES NOT open enough for me to remove the shelves in order to adjust them, nor can I remove the bin on that side because the door hits into the existing wall. Let me reiterate, I was assured this would NOT be an issue. After phone calls and emails to both the designer and the owner, I was told to purchase a different refrigerator. That is not a viable option. I am not spending another cent for a problem that the PROFESSIONALS should have anticipated. They're the ones who designed and measured the kitchen.I suggested an option which is stated below. Instead, the onus was placed on me to resolve the problem. Steve is not taking any responsibility for this fiasco.Desired Settlement: Widen the doorway several inches to allow the refrigerator door to open, move the light switch over, and add an additional floor tile where the doorway has been moved.
