charged back on the work we didThe owner contacted *** asking what was wrong? why had he signed up for more of our services if he wasn't happy*** assured us it was a mistake and he gave us a new CC and we charged him for his ***+ listing since the charge back had been won by himThen at this point *** told the owner that the other should be taken as well to make sure we didn't have any other problems with the bankVMS Data scheduled a online meeting to show the website completion*** liked it said add my number and have it go liveAt this point *** provided all of his *** login credential and had VMS Data launch the siteAfter One week of the site liveVMS Data received a phone call form a lady named "***" stating that they were unhappy with the website design and that they were cancellingThe Owner again stepped in and tried to make any changes that they might want at no charge and add content"***" was insistent that they cancelled that day and stated "We will have our SEO team build us a new site that looks better"At this point in time VMS Data excepted the cancellation of the customer and stopped all billingVMS showed *** the design that his website was going to be build on and was completely satisfied with VMS layout, it wasn't until "***"got involved in the proceedings is when *** wanted to cancelNow this is the first VMS Data is hearing of anyone financial disputesWe have a signed agreement of everything I have mention in this email, nothing that happened in the complaint is what happened.thank you for you time

VMS Data was hired by my plumbing service company to build a website plus maintain our listings so we get more business leads.We were promised many things that were simply lies.This company should be avoided at all costs.If you have already entered into an agreement cancel it and get your hard earned money refunded.The lies began day one and continued for over 6 months all the while charging me 1000s.The good news is I disputed the VISA charges they kept billing to my card that were never authorized. VISA reviewed this company and gave us full credits for all of the charges.They even sent over a letter that they will be intentionally write bad reviews and purposely harm my online advertising Real bad guys. Ive had to hire an attorney plus sent a cease and desist order We are following up with a class action suit that we will be successful with.If your firm has had a similar experience please post it online and my attorney will contact you to join in on our legal actions

Was promised an web site for my business. When finished it looked like it was written by an 3 year old. They had numbers and address wrong. I had to call and so all corrections. Very bad web site. A hard $1500 lesson. DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.
