The product came in on June 8th. Customer was called that night and we Delivered the Product to them June 9th.

I spoke with the customer to try and come up with a solution. We offered to take back the units ( Uninstalling them ourselves) with a full refund and a $[redacted] Gift Certificate ( In store ) for the original install costs Or if she would consider...

keeping them, a $[redacted] Gift certificate for the " Trouble " for her purchase. customer declined both options, She repeated that she would like more. [redacted] in not prepared to go more than what I have offered. We apologized for the situation but can not offer a full refund and have her keep the product.

The assistant manager from the store called me and said he would like to settle this matter with me. He said he remembered and knew of this set and it should have been marked as "customer return".
He offered me $[redacted] gift certificate to compensate me for the $[redacted] I already spent on install out of pocket if I accepted the return. What on earth would I buy at this furniture and appliance store for $[redacted] and why would I want to shop there again? He also offered me on the phone $[redacted] refund or store credit if I keep them.
He then added that Revdex.com would not do anything anyway and it was in my best interest to accept an offer from them.
He asked me to present him with a better offer than my initial one. I said I could keep these and agree to $[redacted] cash OR a $[redacted] store gift certificate since I'm extremely busy these days and running out of time to deal with going through another purchase and return. I don't feel my last offer to them is unreasonable considering this was mis-advertised. I was supposed to get a good deal and it turned out to be not so...I would expect them to make it right and make it a good deal. The assistant manager then replied that they could not do any better than their previous offer so the conversation was over.
I do not accept their response because I don't find it's enough compensation. As a big business, I would expect them to accept their mistake and compensate me accordingly.
