Design One Contractors

Horrible experience. They took twice as long to finish the project as they said. Paul did very little of the actual work and instead had his nephew who had never done the work before doing most of the project. There was not enough grout put in between the tile. We now have pink mold in our bathroom even though we never had that problem before. The toilet paper holder and towel rack fell off the wall less than a week after they were "done". We tried to do a small repair to put it back up ourselves but apparently they screwed up the wall so badly trying to put them up the first time that we had to tear the drywall out and are having to completely redo everything. It is a nightmare. They got grout on our living room couch, luckily I was able to get it off. They also left a huge mess and their trash in our house, garage, and flower bed. Not even a year after we had our bathroom completely remodeled and already it looks like it needs to be remodeled.
