I will send tan installer out to add the trim to cover the crack I need to know which door has the knob out of line If it can not be corrected then I will order a door to correct that problem The buckled laminate is not covered under warranty because it is heat damaged, but I will have the installer look at it and if it can replaced then I will be happy to do thatPlease have the customer call me at her convenience to schedule this.Thank you [redacted]
I spoke to Ms*** on Saturday 3/4/at11:am I was at the home show and no one was at my warehouse as it was Saturday Yesterday 3/5/My guys were working at the home show taking down the boothThey had to have the booth out by five according to Ky echo center rules I
spoke with her by text this morning and informed them to locate her door asap They have not had a chance to do that until today, which they are in the process of doing that.Now as before that the last time I heard for Ms*** was January 5th at 10:A.MI did ask the installers to Locate her door and to get it installedWhich I assumed they did but I guess it fell through the cracks I have them looking for the door as we speak I afraid that the installer that was supposed to install it has since quit and I might have reorder the door again I will be in touch with the customer as soon as /I know if the door is at my warehouse It will take approx2-weeks to get a replacement if needed But it will get taken care of Ms*** has a door on her cabinets now she just doesn't like to have to open it to pull out here garbage container I told her I will change it and it will be done Sorry it has taken so long to get resolved, but I was under the understanding that the install that quit had taken care of it.If you have any other questions let me know.Thank you *** ***
We have been to Mrs***'s house several times to repair different issues with her kitchen This last issue is a small crack in a laminate on her wall cabinet She said she noticed it a year and a half after we were finished The part that amazes me about that is she went over
her kitchen with a fine tooth comb looking for problems Noticed things that you have to search for to see When you are refacing existing older cabinets there are some issues that is the problem of the existing cabinet However we went back and repaired them no question ask. Then she noticed this crack a year and a half later I'm not sure if the crack is our fault or not, but I sent a installer out at no charge It is actually out of warranty I sent a different men out to take care of the problem and they were told it isn't a good time that they will have to come back All we need to do is install a piece of molding and it won't be seen.If there was a appointment on the 4th of October, it is the first that I have heard about it I am willing to install the scribe molding over the crack All I need to know is when will be a good time that is convenient for Mrs*** so we won't have to reschedule
I have never moved appointments .[redacted] has put me off many, many times. It was like pulling teeth to get the mistakes corrected.
