Hi, This customer's claim was denied due to pet damage, and wear and tear which neither is covered under our extended warranty program, it clearly states this in the warrantyHer sofa was returned to her last year in May month with
repairs completed only as a good will, there was pet damage at that time as well, customer called us on May17th to say she was very happy with the repairsShe called again yesterday to report peeling on her sofa, she sent pictures, ,the pictures clearly shows pet damage, we do nothing with regards to repairs when there is pet damage,warranty is null and void*** Nothing more will be done for this customerRegards***

The damage to my furniture is not pet damageThere are two seperate issues she refuses to acknowledgeWe bought bonded leather and it is now peeling everywhere, its years old today and I still have three years left on my extended warranty, it cost $***There are claiming pet damage be use in May when it was repaired there was dog hair in the love seat, but that has nothing to do with the reason they brought in for repairThe middle section totally warped and they had to replace itThey didn't, and it was pretty much the same condition it was when they picked it upIn may for my first complaint they sent out a technician to as the furnitureHe saw and took pictures of the furniture first hand, and still accepted in for repairI don't consider that in "good favor" I paid for warranty, nothing in his report indicated pet damage.*** told me that if your whole mechanism breaks and you own a dog they are not obligated to fix itMy warranty was null and void at the time I purchased it and they even refuse to refund that*** ***
