[redacted] Was making payments on an account that he owed $538.69, he was making $100.00 with his credit card.monthly payments. He started making payments on 12/20/2012 and made his last payment on May 20, 2013. It was uncovered that he over paid by $61.31 and our records reflect a refund being sent...

to him on 7/10/2013. I have requested an audit on the account and a copy of the canceled check. Because it goes back 4 years we will need a few days to review the bank statements. It should noted we have no record of speaking to [redacted] about his account after it was paid , we had received a dispute that he made with the credit bureaus about the account but he never mentioned the over payment nor did we received any documentation showing the over payment as he stated in his complaint. If the check was not cashed we will send out a replacement check for $61.31.
