Planned solution? As already stated, we would make the repair that we don't believe is even a warranty issue. Response to your proposal? I responded to your complaint and this is the first communication I have received back. Again we advised you we would look at the crack once the weather was consistently warm. Why, because we believe the crack is occurring from expansion/contraction of your truss or movement of the truss. Again we didn't complete any framing work. As far as signing off on work not completed correctly?? Our work was done correctly and to building standards.As offered, we will come out and correct the crack to the drywall but will not continue to do so as it isn't a warranty issue as we did not complete any work to the truss or any framing for that matter

Design is aware of the crack to the drywall and yes this was corrected previously. Mr*** was advised once the weather consistently stayed warm he would be contacted to see what had happened to the drywall. The high today is and this-weekend in the upper 40s. Furthermore, we
did not do any framing work to the trusses where this crack is occurring. We believe the crack is from expansion/contraction and/or the truss moving. With that said, and after speaking to Mr***'s Insurance carrier we will go to the property and see where the crack is and if there is anything else that could be causing this issue. If determined it is as stated above we will still go ahead and make the repair to the drywall but we will not be correcting again in the future. Please advise on how/when to proceed*** ***

I have not been told of their planned solution, nor received a response to my proposal The lack of communication has been my concern since the beginning I do not agree with the statement that this will be the last repair I already signed off on work that was not completed correctly I would like this repair to be done correctly and last past the warranty period
