Horrible service
I ordered 2 Skinz a couple of months and paid the $8.95 fee for priority 2-day shipping. After more than 7 days had passed, I reached out to the company to get a refund of the shipping charge. I didn’t hear back from anyone until weeks later. By this point, I’d already disputed the shipping charge with my credit card company. I then returned one of the Skinz and, again, didn’t hear anything from the company. I reached out to customer service who responded back saying they hadn’t received the return (though tracking information showed they had), but that they’d still issue the refund. That was several weeks ago, and I still have no refund. I attempted to follow up, but got no response. I would not order from this company again for these reasons.

I have had multiple dealings with DesignSkinz over the years, and THEY ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Their products are high quality and well advertised, but most importantly; I never had such amazing customer service, either with shop or internet purchases. I cannot recommend their services highly enough!
For example: The first purchase we made through Design Skinz was for an Incipio iPhone case, but there was a stock error on their website. Long story short; they gave us a full refund, a store voucher for the same amount, sent a similar case, and also sent a second different case! That's a quadruple refund! Since then we have had no problems, great deals, and consistently received fantastic after-sales service. Thanks guys :) keep it up!

Review: I have emailed this company at least 5 times about my order. I wanted to cancel my order and have the refund put back on my credit card. I have not heard from them at all. Even if my order was not canceled, I haven't received a shipping conformation email either. My first email to them was on December 8th, and I have not heard from them. My order was number [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be canceled, and my credit card to be refunded

You have been refunded. I received the complaint from the Revdex.com. I’m sorry that I haven’t responded in a shorter time. I'm 26, just out of college and the holiday rush has been incredible and it’s been overwhelming shipping all orders in our shipping window. I’m receiving anywhere from 300-500 emails a day and with most all orders being Christmas presents, I’m focused mainly on getting my orders out the door so they arrive in time. All of our products are made-per-order with precision cutting techniques. Each skin runs through a 3-hour production process. I’m working overtime each day to ensure your products ship as quickly as possible! I’m extremely sorry for the delay.

Review: I purchased a LifeProof case and skin from this company on Dec. 18. My order #[redacted]. I have not received my product, which I thought was supposed to be received by Christmas. I have emailed this company 3 times and have gotten no response. I no longer want the product and would like a refund for $69.99.Desired Settlement: I paid $69.99 for the product.

Review: Ordered a lifeproof iphone case and skinz for a 5c. I received the case and skinz but is was for a iphone 6. I returned the incorrect merchandise and contacted the company by email. They said they would ship the correct case and skinz. I corresponded with them on Dec 29th and they received the incorrect merchandise on Dec 31st. I keep inquiring and they tell me it is being shipped and I should received it by Jan 15th Today is January 19, 2016 and still have not received it.Desired Settlement: If I receive the correct merchandise that was ordered.

Great customer service, I'm satisfied with their commitment to their product. Would definitely recommend to others. They resolve issues quickly and go beyond a simple refund. I have a beats solo wireless, and the skinz I got look amazing. Takes time to apply but it's worth it. also the skinzs can easily be removed, doesn't leave a sticky residue, the material is glossy and yet somehow can adhere perfectly to headphone surface. Need a blow dryer to Smith out skinzs. Gotten lots of compliments on it. Thanks design skinzs, best regards.
