I suggest That UPS Store Pays me Today a Full cash refund I am the Paying Customer and Then UPS Store can Wait for the Check reimbursement from its Corporate Partner. 1: UPS Store does know How much they're Corporate Partners Are Sending because it's privilege information so UPS store needs to reevaluate its values, etiquette, And use its Moral Compass and Resolves this Issue in a Greater Business Fashion the it initiated. I am not satisfied with wait until we send you check in mail and I don't have a choice in the matter so I will have to explore other options. Hello ***,
The following is the procedure when a customer comes into the store to ship a package that
needs to be packaged by The UPS Store
The customer should indicate that the package needs to packaged because it is breakable or the value of the package is costly
2. The customer must tell the associate what the value of the package is
3. If by some chance the package should get damaged then we file a claim on the package
4. The only way a claim gets paid for is if the package was wrapped correctly and the customer has paid additional insurance.
5. UPS gives $worth of insurance on every package shipped freeThere is no charge for this. UPS will pay $for a customer that has a lost stolen or damaged package provided the package value was $If the package was worth $then the customer will receive $
6. This claims process does not happen over nightThe claim is filed and UPS puts an investigation out on the package before they pay on it
7. In this situation on the first time sending to (*** ***) the customer asked us to put his items in a box (that does not mean to wrap them in bubble wrap as if it was a fragile item) and did not put any extra insurance on itJust because in the past the customer has put additional insurance on the package and had it packaged properly doesn't account for every time the customer comes in the storeThe customer has to take some responsibility for telling the UPS associate the correct informationWe ship a lot of packages every day we cannot possible remember what each customer has shipped and how they shipped them and what value they put on themThe only thing the computer saves is the addressesNot the value or quantity.
A check could not have been processed by UPS CorporateThe customer claims he was told by UPS Corporate that we had the checkBut the customer could not give us any information such as check number or amountAgain customer a bit confused
9. The UPS Store or UPS Corporate is not giving this customer the run aroundThis is procedure.......has been for the years that we have been in business
10. As far as Discrimination, Prejudice in University Circle and Gross Negligence I am not quite clear why the customer would use these remarksWe take great pride in being part of The UPS StoreWe run a very clean operation and have for the last years
11. If the customer has any questions or concern he can call The UPS Store or UPS Corporate.
Just for the record:
When the customer came the second time the following week to send replacement products to (*** ***) after he found out the package was damaged he had them packaged properly and insured the items
Typically, when we receive the check from UPS Corporate we will call the customer to inform them that the check is in the storeTo date, we have not received any check
