I was quoted it for living room 2 bedrooms and hall for 2900. Than I added on my room I call the bar area which than was quoted 3900. When contractor came to install he decided I needed plywood floor to even the floor out to have a warranty on installation of floor. Ok so thank I was quote 1500 for the areas being done. I decided to take off the bar area thinking that I would be breaking even since it put the extra 1000 on original quote. But was told I would still owe 800 to complete the work with the plywood on the original area and it's not making any since or adding up right. I would appreciate a thorough explanations of all charges because I think I'm being taken advantage of.

Our Installation Director, ***, has made several calls to the customer to confirm that all the issues have been resolved and their questions have been answered. We have not received a call back. Currently, the project is complete and we have the understanding the customer is happy with everything and is in agreement with all the charges. Thank you.

Design Superstore is heaven on earth. I love it and wish I had known about them earlier on in our remodel project. Customer satisfactions is excellent! We purchased our granite with them for a kitchen remodel. Love it! The staff was extremely helpful. Installers were scheduled and timely in everything. We even called back and Robert helped us pick out tile and drawer pulls. Everyone is extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back for more.

I contracted with this business to replace my kitchen counter tops and backsplash and the dining room flooring. The installation was fine and I am pleased with the products. However, several issues have not been resolved and my phone calls have not been returned. I paid cash in advance for the work (slightly over $6000). First, the outlets on the backsplash area were left exposed and not returned to their original placement. I had to hire an electrician to correct this situation. Second, two of my lower cabinet doors will not close. Third, two of my kitchen drawers have the guides & catches missing; Fourth, my dishwasher was not secured back and no longer operates (I went ahead and replaced the dishwasher with a new one from Lowe's). I called and left a message with the Temple store manager & he did not call me back; I previously left a message with the sales person (***) & she did not call me back. I spent an additional $400 for a plumber to re-attach the pipe under my kitchen sink & for the electrician to resolve the problem with the outlets.

We purchased flooring and carpeting from this company. We have had issues with each job and some product. What is not resolved is the fact the "office" carpeting stank. We believe it is the pad as the extra carpeting in the attic does not smell. Issue is that we purchased their upgraded pad. When the installers arrived, they had the regular pad. The lead installer went back to the warehouse to get the better pad for which we had paid. We believe the pad that was installed in the office, for one reason or another, is to the premium pad or the other rooms would stick, as well. We have talked to 5 people at the store and had multiple conversations, all promising to come out or do something about it, including replacing the pad and carpeting, but they never contact us and never show. We had "no show" issues with all of the installations with Design Superstore. The last time I contacted them was last Thursday, July 12th. They said the *** t manager, ***, was in Waco, but would contact us by the end of the day on Friday. (The manager, ***, has been much more reliable, but he never followed thru either.) We are DONE with them - except they owe us for a case of marble backsplash tile and a partial box of the matching trim. we want them to refund the cost of the office pad and we will deal with another company.. BTW, the smell has almost completely dissipated; however, the pad quality is an issue.

We talked with Mr *** and Mrs *** today. I personally apologized to Mr *** and offered to address their concerns immediately. They said at this point they are moved in and settled, and are willing to accept things how they are. To further assist Mr *** for our delays we are refunding them $400 for unused tile they purchased plus a little extra for being patient customers.

The tile return comes to $300. We added an additional $100 for padding. This tile was a cash and carry special order. Generally these orders are non-returnable. Because Mrs *** did not receive the quality of service that should be expected we gladly allowed Mrs *** to return unused tile. Mr *** or Mrs *** can return the tile at their convenience. The $400 has already been returned to their credit card. If Mrs *** still wants her pad replaced we are still willing to do so. If it requires us to move the furniture we will provide that service too. My staff and I strive each day to provide a quality service to our customers and we are sorry that Mrs *** and Mr *** did not receive that from us. I hope they will accept our apology and money returned as compensation.

My husband and I wish to share a positive experience about the Design SuperStore and more specifically Designer Aimee M. and the Design Super Store Installation crews for a partial home renovation. Aimee explained all phases of the job, directed us to quality products that would fit our desired needs and budget. She provided an all-inclusive bill prior to installation.The installation was fast, with Aimee's personal follow up throughout. Installers were hardworking and went above & beyond to please. I was there all day every day. We're thrilled with the job!! Highly Recommend the company and Aimee M.

I PREPAID FOR CARPET & INSTALLATION, WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE DONE PRYOR TO FURNITURE BEING DELIVERED, HOWEVER, THEY CAME 2 DAYS AFTER...I WAS PROMISED 2 ADULTS AND ONE GUY SHOWED UP WITH A TEENAGE SON WHO SLEPT ALL MORNING. HE WAS VERY SMALL & THUS THEY THREW MY THINGS IN THE BATHROOM, HALL & KITCHEN, & DAMAGED 80% OF THE $5000+ (THE ENTIRE HOUSE OF FURNITURE WAS WELL OVER 12,000) FURNITURE THAT WAS DELIVERED WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THEY INSTALLED CARPET FRIDAY MORNING. THEY SCRATCHED THE HEADBOARD, FOOTBOARD, ONE NIGHTSTAND & THE DRESSER/MIRROR SET...THE ONLY PIECE THAT WASN'T DAMAGED WAS ONE NIGHTSTAND. I PROVIDED RECEIPTS, MET WITH INSPECTORS, SENT PICS, ETC. AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER & THEY OFFERED ME A 15% DISCOUNT ON FUTURE WORK...THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I WOULD LIKE MY FURNITURE REPLACED (SINCE IT WAS ONLY 2 DAYS OLD, IF THAT)...AND THE INCONVENIENCE OF TH EXTENDED DELAYS, AS WELL AS MY KITCHEN BEING IN "REPAIR" MODE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AS I TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM TO DISCOUNT TO COST ONLY ON FUTURE ORDER & FREE LABOR...SO IT WOULD BE A WIN-WIN FOR BOTH, BUT DISCOUNT OF 15% IS UNACCEPTABLE

We have executed a settlement with this customer this morning. She picked up a check for $600 as an accomodation. We are under the understanding that this resolved the dispute on the project.

I am rejecting this response because: It's insufficient...this 600 check was for my "inconveniences & delays"...in NO WAY does this replace $3500 in furniture damage ON BRAND NEW FURNITURE...I needed countertops done as well, which their delays have put that project on hold/major bind (I'm housing a displaced family beginning in December...they've left me 2 weeks to rush the job & that's what this 600 is for)...now I'm rushing to find DIFFERENT contractors to get this handled before the holidays...the 600 was to accommodate me for all the inconveniences & delays to get someone else on the job...there are DAMAGES WELL IN EXCESS OF THIS ACCOMODATION & in NO WAY, is this matterk resolved or settled...I suggested that they discount the granite job approx 2000-2500 & it would create a win-win for everyone involved...ESPECIALLY seeing how their current promotion for year-end clearance is "free countertops with purchase of flooring", and I've purchased the flooring so I want them to come with better resolution than THIS, which I have not cashed anything til I can find contractor I would like the job to be FINISHED & if the granite/backsplash costs 3500-4000 then I want it to be discounted approx 2500, leaving me to still Pay them an estimated 1000...

We reached out to Mrs. today and have agreed to give her a piece of granite for her island. We are under the understanding this has resolved the complaint. Mrs. has agreed to sign a non-disparagement agreement with us.

Company is providing a resolution that is satisfactory to me so I do appreciate their communication and following up and getting me taken care of.

I am pleased with the overall service and contractors who completed the bathroom tub-to-shower conversion. Tile work and materials furnished from Design Superstore were exceptional. Subcontractor recommendations I received from the store project manager, Carl Fox were very reliable, professional, and efficient. Their pricing was competitive.

I used Joe W. he was very helpful and not at all pushy. He knew the products. His installation team did a great job. Very easy to work with.

We were very pleased with the wood flooring we purchased here locally at Design Superstore - Bryan. Kevin P. was extremely thorough & helpful as a sales associate.

Great service from Justin P. at your downtown Bryan store. Very helpful and pleasant. Great suggestions & prices!! He helped me choose flooring for my last house & I will use him again on my next one!

The salesman, Jac was very professional and helpful. He spent a lot of time exploring various options for flooring to meet our budget. The flooring was for a rental property in Bryan while we are based in Michigan. Jac went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of even though we were out of state when the flooring was installed.

I hired Design Superstore to replace the flooring in my home. Greg Sherrill worked with me to select the materials, provided excellent options and suggestions, and then followed through with the measuring process and the installation crew to see the job to completion. The installers worked efficiently and well, stayed on schedule, and did a very professional job. I am very pleased with the final result.

We had a water damage to our floors and went to same company that we bought our floors from and General manager told us they would be same floors, company came out tore up our floors thwn noticed floirs were not the same, general manager told me that he would replace the remaining square footage at his cost, later to be told that we would have to pay to match up floors. So now we are stuck with a portion of our floors which we paid $1100 for that do not match. They intentionally tore up our floors to get us to replace the remainder of our house

Six years ago Mr and Mrs ***'s purchased Shaw's Traditions II St Helen’s Cherry color 839 from Design Superstore. In early May 2017 Mr *** contacted us to have his floors repaired due to water damage.

We purchased Shaw's Traditions II St Helen’s Cherry color 839 for the repairs. The same laminate as the initial purchase 6 years ago. During the repair Mr *** called and indicated the laminate looked different then his original purchase. So we immediately double checked all documentation to verify it was correct, and it was. Mr *** also sent us two pictures, one of the old and new laminate side by side and a picture of the end of the laminate box. This also confirmed it was the correct material. Mr *** was still dissatisfied with the dye lot variation. I explained to Mr *** that a laminate produced 6 years apart is difficult to perfectly match. Dye Lots, light exposure, cleaning methods, and natural wearing are some of the factors. Mr *** said the variation in the two laminates was unacceptable to live with.

Mr *** and I talked on the phone arrived with a positive solution for the situation. We refunded them some of their money from the repair invoice. Mr. was pleased with the solution and left the door open to do business again in the future.

Mr *** expressed his frustration so I offered to help him in this situation. I told him that I would offer to replace his flooring at “my cost”. After I put a quote together at “my cost” and presented it to Mr *** he said, I thought “My Cost” meant free. I told Mr *** that I was sorry if that is how understood it but that is not what I meant. He again expected all new flooring for free. I told him that I am sorry but I can not replace all his floors for free. Again to help the situation I told Mr *** if he removed all the old flooring, removed the furniture and appliances I could improve on that price dramatically. Mr *** said they do not have any money and said I told him I would give him all new floors. I apologized again and told Mr *** we can work something out, I needed a couple days to review his invoice and I will get back with him for another solution. Next day I received Mr and Mrs *** concerns through the Revdex.com.

We look forward to working with Mr and Mrs *** in finding an equatable solution to this unfortunate situation.
