this guy is fraud for his word, I gave him another chance, but he didn't do his job and take all my moent, cause other people not finish the project, I ask him to return what my loss for $7500, once I received a call, said he will return 1/of the money, but never show uphe kept do advertising to get some one money, the building department always give him a joke, how many correction need this time, means he is a famous crack

*** *** Design Tech SF is incapable of drawing plans worth submitting to the SF Dept of Building because he disregards city requirementsPlans he revises get progressively worseI sued him on 5/31/and he lied to the judge, claiming he had pulled a permit for legalization of unauthorized unit As pulled permits are public records, you can search my address *** *** ** ** You will see the permit I pulled on 6/1/I wasted months with *** He was the worst, very difficult to work with, rarely communicates with the client and more interested in receiving payment The friend and her sister who recommended him to me is suing him as well!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
as what he attached , we start signed contract on 11/23/for the extension work, he first use *** engineering for engineering, but every time, *** finished what city asked to do, he still use old drawing
to summit, never correct or change anything,re-summit and of course return from city, we only allowed times to summit until I have to pay extension fee and summit againfinally, *** is tire of him, we break up, so I file complain to Revdex.com,
but I tried to give him 2nd chance, now he use this to be the satisfaction signal, ask Revdex.com to be good rate, he use Revdex.com member to advertise in advertiser, keep cheating peopleyou need downgrade him
we change to Hawk Lee, but he is doing the same, Engineer finishing the job, but he still use old drawing to summit, we had to pay extension again,
I ask him to bring the final drawing to come, but he never show up, and use police report as excusehe is non-professional and irresponsibledon't know how to use autoCAD .and just fooling around ,start cheaper rate and keep asking for more and more money without doing things and finishing job
I ask for the payment $plus the filing fee $X and extension fee $607? and engineering fee $paid total $, with all the wasting time total $in full
he did called me to pay me back 1/ and left message in my phone
if it's not for me, he should have problems with other clients and left message by mistake
he has problem not only with me for sure, just may be they don't know to make complaint to Revdex.com

if it's not for  me, he should have problems with other clients and left message by mistake.
he  has problem not only with me for sure, just may be they don't know to make complaint to Revdex.com.
