For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The FIX as he calls it was some plaster the looks terrible and doesn't do the jobThe neighbor is tired of the water every time it rains or I wash my carIt is illegal to make improvements and have them drain into another propertyHe did a terrible job the has already cracked in places it shouldn'tIf you would like some pictures of the poor work I will gladly provide them.

Thank youNot sure what 'not accepted my response' meansAs previously stated by all, some people are just not on the same page - oil and water - can't make eacb other happy...Think we all understand thatThe blueprints were done - they are sitting in my office in the same UPS package sent to client in - PERIODWe are continuing to make the additional changes and will get them done as well and not charging more for thisHow many companies do you know that will still make changes to drawings - literally years later - all at no charge? I'm confident we are being as customer service oriented as we can under the circumstancesAs the customer stated - drawings were done, revisions made and blueprints shipped....and work is still going to continueThus a refund seems a little ridiculous. I called the Revdex.com today and was told to respond again regarding the complaint. Anybody would be thrilled with job we did. The water draining to the neighbors yard is rediculous. The water trickles from a construction joint, no problem to the neighbor. The bait and switch remark is even more rediculous, I agree. The job took more concrete than was planned, that happens quite often, since that extra concrete went into his driveway I asked if he would share the expense, I didn't insist on him paying more, just asked for sharing the expense, he, as the gentleman I thought he was, said sure I'll pay half, so when I wrote the invoice for the job I added the additional amount and he gladly paid it. There was absolutely no bait and switch.Ray Tatlock

I received the above complaint and reached out to the Owner by telephone. Wediscussed the following complaints:1. Concrete drains to neighbors yard2. Original contract price was changed after driveway was placed. In response to number one I sent out [redacted] to resolve ftrst problem. [redacted]...

went out a second time to repair and customer still was not happy. So Ipersonally went out to speak to the customer. We came to an agreement to resolveissue number one by redirecting the water from the neighbor's yard which was aminor drainage issue.Complaint number two; because the driveway required thicker concrete there wasan additional10 yards for a cost of$1,000.00. I requested some help on the costand he agreed to pay half. He had no problem as at that time he was happy withthe project. Now because of drainage problem he states he is unhappy and just wants his$500.00 back.At this time nothing has been settled.Sincerely,R. Thank you for reading this. It is true that unfortunately no matter how hard one tries not clients all can be pleased at all times. This customers blueprints have been 100% completed and sent - for real - they are sitting in my office as he actually sent them back once shipped....want to see them?...

They were completed 2 years ago but never received final approval or payment. Once final payment was finally sent - plans were blown up to blueprint size and shipped to him.  Nearly a year after being completed he added a whole new list of changes. With our goal to serve and satisfy - those extra added changes will be done as well - at no charge to him (still trying to please). True, he did pay his bill in full and the work was completed. His additional list of changes will be done and emailed to him as well - at no charge as stated. All drawings sent were also quoted for construction and quoted for the timber frame. Many questions remained unanswered about construction as client wanted to build in 'phases' so no way to quote 'to the penny' without more specific information.  Either way, we have no desire to build for this client - just attempt to make him happy with more changes to his competed drawings and as we handcraft timber frames - build his frame if desired. No idea and do not understand why anyone would request a refund for work that has been 100% completed and more still being worked on. Seems quite ridiculous.Again thank you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am the customer, I paid the bill and I have the decision to determine what is final or not.  That decision was never made by me.  I never said nor did I sign anything that indicated that the design was final.  I can't control nor understand why this company quit making changes requested and called the design final without my approval.  The rebuttal is a groundless claim since the final approval was never given by me, the customer.     The claim that they provided blueprints is also groundless.  A blueprint contains detailed information that allows you to build whatever is on the paper without major questions.  What I received was the sketches on blueprint size paper.  No length, width, depth of the beams or such.  Just general measurements that would see in a sales catalog.Thank you,
