The staff was awful and didn't communicate with us at all while our son was thereThe only time we got to talk to him is when *** calledWhen we called they couldn't find him or his paperworkAlso one of the nurses had been gone for weeks and couldn't give me any updates and didn't have any answers to our questionsShe wouldn't give us a chance to talkAlso I advised to not take him off of his ADHD meds and they did it any ways and when I asked why they said it is causing his aggression but no other Dr or facility has ever said any such thing and his Dr wanted him to stay on it but the staff did not care about our concerns at allThey didn't even call to say when he was leaving to come home, transportation called us when they were on their way to our houseI would not recommend this facility due to lack of communication and them not caring for the parents concerns
