The owner of Design Tree Maintenance, [redacted] went out to the property after the initial complaint was filed by Mr [redacted] We made a conscious effort to appease the customer, and feel that we are not at fault and under no obligation to perform any further free repairs for Mr [redacted] While we apologize for any communication problems, all work that was contracted by our firm has been completedAny further work performed by Design Tree Maintenance will be billed at the rate

Since their watering advice and crown fertilization has made my trees worse and caused two of them to look like they are dying and all of them have burned tips from the crown fertilization, I think they should adjust the bill The trees were in better shape before they came out with their professional advice I have tried contacting them now for two weeks and keep getting the runaround from management, and salesman never has returned my call regarding my complaintThey advertise they are professional and diagnose sick trees The trees are worse now since they came out and gave their professional advise It seems they were more concerned about making a big sale or commission with wells for the palms where there was no room for a well I've had nothing but problems with them when I tried making adjustments to my order It was the office error Then the worker claimed he added drip lines to one of the trees and hadn't Another guy had to come out and add the dripper They charg

I have used Design Tree Maintenance for over years They do good work and stand behind what they do Based upon the quality of their work, many of my neighbors have used them too When I was unhappy with part of a project, they did it over at no cost A little pricey, but you get what you pay for I will continue to use them

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, Complaint ID # [redacted] , but I cannot request a resolution as I agreed to hire this company at the estimated price I received the estimate from an Arborist who checked out with the ISA, but the guys who show up to do the work are not, and can barely speak English I should have sent them away, but I had waited all day for them to arriveI had requested the trees be reduced in size and dead wood removed from the inside, and that was all The crew removed about 60% of the canopy during degree temperatures When I complained about the work I was told this was their "usual", which is the type of trimming you see in parking lots I had received four estimates so I called back the contractor that I first spoke with to make certain he had understood my instructions He confirmed that I was very specific, so I know that it was not my mistake

I would recommend them to my friends They were courteous, prompt and professionalI was very happy with impressed with how everything was done

This company was amazing from the start to the finish. Their price was very competitive and the work was outstanding. They cleaned up all the debris from the trees they removed and the stumps that were grinded you would never have known they were there prior. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this company!

The team that came to my house were professional, courteous and listened to my concerns and answered questions to my satisfactionThey did a beautiful job in pruning my trees which are years old and part of my familyThey were very thorough with the clean up afterwardsI cannot be most pleasedI will definitely call them again next time I need tree services

To whom it may concern, The $in that has been continuously referenced was the original charge for a portion of work that the customer originally stated dissatisfaction with(I.Ethe portion that involved the compost mulch) We also I have attached a copy of the contract that the customer signed prior to us doing any work on their propertyIt clearly states the charges for each portion of work as well as the deposit and grand total due at the completion of the jobThe work order was paid as outlined on the attached contract and there was NO duplicate payment, and/or over payment.Design Tree Maintenance###-###-####

This Company does excellent workThey showed up on time and worked as a team to trim our treeThree workers, of which had over years experienceThe workers took care not to harm any plants below the treeAfter trimming the tree and doing a great clean up of the landscape, they were off to their next job Thank You Design Tree

First let us acknowledge that our estimator did botch the original quote given to the customer, however, as soon as we discovered our mistake she was immediately informed that we had overlooked a large expense and we would refund her deposit if she was not OK with the extra costShe was irate and we immediately refunded her deposit (as anyone with business knowledge knows, once we refund on our card machine, it is in the credit card companies hands to re-credit her account).We apologize for her daughter taking the day off, however this was of her own doing and was not required or requested by us for someone to be home at the time of service.To date we have refunded all money to the customer,and ask the Revdex.com to close this complaint Design Tree Maintenance
