Design Within Reach

I recently purchased a desk chair from this company. I have purchased several large items from them in the past and have spent a fair amount of money with them. When my chair recently arrived, with a significant wait after ordering (7 weeks), I let it sit in the packaging for several days due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. When I sat in it after unpacking it, I found it very uncomfortable due to a short back with minimal support. I have made three phone calls and sent numerous e mails asking for someone from customer service to contact me about return and a possible exchange. No one answers the phone on the customer service line. My e mails have not been answered. I was hoping to exchange my purchase for a more expensive chair that would offer more support, but at this point I have very little confidence in the integrity of this business.
