Customer purchased three salon chairs on 02/21/On 11/04/2014, Design X was contacted by customer and told that two of these chairs had crackedThis was months past Design X's year warranty period, however, Design X still reached out to their supplier of these chairs to see if anything could be done to replace or repair the cracked unitsSupplier responded on 11/06/that the chair's warranty had expired, and therefore nothing could be doneThis information was then relayed to the customer on 11/06/Customer was not satisfied with the answer and took further action against Design XOn 02/25/2015, Design X contacted the chair supplier again to voice frustration over the units that cracked which were sold to customerChair supplier now states on 02/25/that they will exchange the chairs free of charge, noting that they are not defective, just plastic and not as strong as wooden upholstered chairsDesign X informed customer on 02/25/that they will now be given two replacement chairs free of charge as soon as they are received from the chair supplierDispute has been resolved
