Review: I was shopping on www.thermosoles.us web site and purchased a pair of thermo gloves. I ordered the gloves in time for Christmas having ordered them on the 13th December 2014. Web site said 5-7 days delivery.On Monday December 15th they were shipped, On Tuesday I ask for tracking number and was given one. BUT, the item ordered in the US was shipped from Austria. NO WHERE on the web site does it say that the item would be shipped from outside the USA. I still have not gotten the gloves, the tracking still says EXACTLY what it said the first day I tracked it. The gloves DO NOT appear to be moving at all after 2 weeks.I have asked for a refund, but have been repeatedly been given excuses why they have not been delivered. I have repeatedly communicated my desire to get a refund to Julia Wasacs, but she has been anything but helpful. Keeps telling me that this is normal. 5-7 days is LONG past. I do not have the gloves and just want my money back.I have asked that the web site be changed to reflect that the items purchased in the USA WILL NOT ship from the USA, but she doesn't hear anything I tell her.Desired Settlement: Refund of price paid $129AND change the delivery info on the Website to reflect the shipment coming from Austria.
