I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to receive a new vent hood to replace the defective item I received or have a full refund issued. The vent hood was missing 3 of the 4 under mount screws which caused the motor to dislodge. The only screw which was actually there seemed to be too small for the bolt. This was not a shipping problem as the vent hood seemed to contain an assembly defect. Subsequent damages to the hood (as summarized in my previous correspondence) were likely a result of the assembly defect. Shipping could not have been an issue as actual parts and assembly were defective. I have called and e-mailed with [redacted] who claims [redacted] is not an authorized seller. They said they are not able to help me. If the product is in fact under a 1 year warranty, [redacted] should replace the defective hood.

Good morning,Once the products have been returned to our warehouse, they will be inspected. In our policy on returns and refusals, we do state that all refunds are subject to the condition of the item, which is determined during the inspection. If returned in good condition, there may be no restocking fee for the return. We will not know the exact amounts of the refund until the items have been returned. I have contacted the manufacturer numerous times. If [redacted] has a specific contact person who is aware of the 1 year warranty, please provide this information (name of contact, e-mail, telephone number). No one I contacted at [redacted] claims to be able to help me.
