I purchased this speaker from Walmart on Black Friday, 2023. It is great. The sound is absolutely perfect. It's small, so it's easy to travel with, fits right down into a pocketbook and even a back pocket, has great reception, no static and sounds as good if not better than most 10 inch speakers. It's a Bluetooth with updated recharge accessory C-charge which is the same as the standard mobile cell phone USB charging accessories, therefore it is very convenient. I just fell in love with it! For $5.00 if it wouldn't have been the last one, I probably would have went ahead and grabbed a couple more. It's an excellent quick, quality, product, simple, budget savvy, and no extra baggage perfect for anyone, male or female at any gift giving holiday event or a small birthday present. I Love it. Very impressed.

Purchased onn digital radio from Walmart for a drive in movie theater. The digital tuner would not pick up the FM signal from the theater so I had to buy an analog radio at the concession stand.

tried to connect it to my android phone and it wouldn't connect. but it would connect to my iPhone. I wanted it to connect to my android phone. but I'm going to try to buy another pair of headphones to see if it my phone or is it just me.

Review: I order psb speakers from this company. They were not a authorized dealer so I decided to cancel my order. This company refused to cancel my order over the phone. I was told I had email them stating I wanted to cancel my order, I did so and they sent me out a cancelation form. I filled out the form as they asked and sent it back to them. They said they emailed me back that they never recieved the back page were I sign that I want it canceled. So they went forward and shipped the item. I contacted them saying that I sent all the necessary forms back to them. They said the product was shipped already that I would be charge a 25% restocking fee and shipping both ways. Since they shipped the product my bank would not hold the charge and as soon as the charge went through they contacted [redacted] and rerouted the shipment back to themselves. So they recieved full payment and there product back. They went on to email me saying they had the cancelation form signed by me so they had the necessary rerouted the shipment back to themselves, by saying this to me via email they are admitting they had the required forms to cancel this. That was there reason for not canceling this order, they claimed they never had them.

To sum this up- They acted as if they never had the proper forms to cancel the order so they could ship it out and get a tracking number to charge my card and as soon as they got there money the rerouted the shipment back to themselves so at a minimium they could charge me shipping and restocking fees!Desired Settlement: Full Refund!
