On Nov 7, Revdex.com contacted me and indicated Designer Cabinet Refinishing would send a check to me for $150 and if this was satisfactory, I was to indicate so and the complaint would be closed. I agreed to the resolution. I have not received the check and have had no further communications on the mater until contacting you by phone and in replying to this email.

We completed the cabinet refinishing job for the customer on February 25, 2014.   We were then contacted on July 25, 2014 and were told that there was a problem with the refrigerator.   On July 30, 2014 we called the customer and told them that given the time delay we would offer them a...

$100 discount on future work.   Given that this is still an open issue for the customer we are willing to send the customer a check for $150 as resolution of this issue.

This company refinished some cabinets at my house around 10 years ago. That came with a lifetime warranty. 2 years ago I contacted them to refinish a few spots where their work had worn off. They were wonderful, came out right away and did a great job (Misty was the person who coordinated it). We're getting ready to sell the house and need a few of those same spots fixed again so I called. Tanya is who I spoke with and she told me the warranty was expired (even though I didn't have one). I said they were out 2 years ago, she said they had no record of that and argued with me about it. She was extremely rude and told me maybe should could get me on the schedule in 4 months but I'd have to pay for it. I told her I couldn't hold off on selling my house because of this. Again she was not helpful. I left a message for the owner/manager Ron and he didn't call me back. I've followed up twice more and he still has yet to call me back.

Review: Designer Cabinet Refinishing refinished our kitchen cabinets. They did a good job which we are satisfied with. However, one of their employees scratched our stainless steel refrigerator door. We contacted the company on this

and were told to get it fixed and send a bill to them. We researched the problem and talked to repair personnel who informed us that replacing the door is the only viable option. The door cost is $230. When we contacted

Designer Cabinet Refinishing with this info, we were told they had no record of our calling to report the problem. They did offer a $100 discount on future work which is unacceptable to us.Desired Settlement: Arrange to have the frig door replaced or send us a check for $230 + sales tax and I will install the door myself.

Review: I had cabinets and banister/hand rail refinishd in April of 2006 with this company. There is a written 10 year warranty on routine wear for touch-up. In the past the warranty was honored but now the company is saying ownership has changed. The original owners took old records and mine has been lost. As a result, the warranty cannot be honored. I have all documentation if needed.Desired Settlement: Honor your 10-year repair warranty

Designer Cabinet Refinishing, refinished our kitchen cabinets & we are very pleased with the results. The quality, professional job made the cabinets look like new.
