My name is *** *** and I switched to KFitness a few months back from *** ***The reason I did this is because Kis dedicated to my fitness needs as opposed to ** that was almost exclusively interested in collecting my moneyKis not a money collecting millThe equipment at Kis hard core and the trainers know their stuffIf you are serious about a life style change, I highly recommend that you check out KFitness!

*** *** is incorrect. She had
several months that here membership fees did not go thru because her credit card on file expired. We could never get a hold of her to update info. She was handed over to collections for nonpayment. She paid the collection company what was owed. Why would she pay them if she never owed the money as she stated in the complaint?

After 4 months of trying to make contact with K180 costumer service to discuss the matter, Mr. [redacted] called me today from 864-[redacted] to inform me about the "one time yearly improvement fee". I just want to be reimbursed for the money and not be contacted by K180 anymore. Thank you.
I spoke with April this morning. I explained the charges were actually one time yearly improvement fees, $40 per contract. She and her husband each at a membership contract with us.
She said she understood and said she would get back in touch with Revdex.com to update...

Her hsubands contract indeed expired in October and was no renewed. April's contract actually runs to 2/15, but I am canceling today as a courtesy to her.

[redacted] never asked for a refund for a heavy travel schedule. She signed a PT contract with payments due to come out on specific dates. She did not understand that even if she traveled, the...
sessions were stilled billed as agreed. Our contract states PT sessions do not expire, so even if she didn’t use them in a certain time frame because of traveling, they would still be here for her when her schedule eased up. She accused us of running a scam and yelled and screamed and belittled several staff members. She disputed the charges and they have been returned by the bank.
She did not hold to the agreement she signed with K180 and wanted to back out for no reason attached to us. I reached out to [redacted] 2 times and left voicemails with no return call.
