I have never been so impressed with a contractor They did both my garage door and opener, as well as coming back to do gutters Their workmanship is top quality Very professional!

Outstanding product, outstanding value, outstanding work! You'd be hard pressed to find better product, price and professionalism regardless of location but in my opinion, Designer Doors is better at what they do than anyone in north Alabama We ordered two garage doors with openers at the same time we were upgrading siding and windows in our garage with another contractor but now I wish we'd used Designer Doors exclusively They came to the house to do a quote and provided the 'other' contractor with the roudimensions for the doors They came back at the date and time promised and despite some limitations created by the old structure, had the doors and openers installed and operational in less than two hours They've made one service call for a minor adjustment - no additional cost - and to date we've had not a single problem with our new doors They're true to their word, always on time on the date they promise, and the knowledge and skill they demonstrate with their work is truly outstanding We should've used them for the upgrades on the house too oh well, live and learn!

This company designer doors has very bad poor customer service that was not nice they made me load my I purchase a door with no help not with no help had to go back and go get parts that they didn't give to me on the first time they forgot to give that was supposed to been with it had make two trips and I was going have them put door up but ower left so got another door company to put it up I would not recommend nobody to this company I will never go back and buy anything from this company they want get my my business anymore just plan rude and sorry
