Review: I went to purchase lense and they cut my designer frames in half now the glass's dont match up with my new lenses.

They did not tell me they was going to cut my frames in half . The other company that did my lenses did not do that.

They are total DAMAGE THEY NO LONGER FIT MY FACEDesired Settlement: I had just paid another eye store to put my lenses in but when I kept seeing crookiness . They it did not fall on the lenses but on where he cut them in half.

I need to be refunded for my frames

I had to purchase a complete new frame cause they had damage my total pair.They cost me out of pocket 850.00

I have reciepts ASK THEM did they explain to me what they would have to do to my frames an the answer is NO THEY DID NOT.

THAT DOCTOR needs to correct this by him being a fair Honest business person serving The phila and surrounding area with customes.

I am rejecting this response because:

When I came into the office to check to see if they were ready and they was not on many times ,your office said come in to pick up only to came and leave without them. I ve seen with my own eye when you brought them out to me in the tray you had them cut in half and you know this for a fact. You have so many complaints down there at the center city office . I seen people you took their money only to give them the run around like your trying on me.

Your name should be loyal not take people money and close the door.

I had to get a new pair of frames cause you or your outside vender miss my alligment on my lense. Even the place that I purchse those frames look in them and said yes we do see that they are off center . ANd thats why I could not ssee out of them. and had to purchase a nother frame due to your mis handling of my frames.

All I want is to put this behind us and sesttle up for damaging my frames by cutting them in half. You know the truth. lets seattle this manner before the NEW yEAR SO you can continue to keep your customers.
