Review: Gold plating is peeling from GUCCI BANGLE REPLACEMENT GOLD 1100L 11/12 1200L (Order #[redacted]).

On September 17th I purchased GUCCI BANGLE REPLACEMENT GOLD 1100L 11/12 1200L (Order #[redacted]). After receiving it on September 28th I mailed the watch and the new band to the Gucci Service Center in Secaucus NY. They had the watch for over a month. It was returned to me approximately 4 weeks ago, on November 19th. I have been wearing the watch since then. In that time the clasp that says GUCCI has turned silver and the Gold plating on the band is peeling off. Photographs can be provided upon your request. Your website says that you watches are authentic. Obviously, this band is not. My watch is over 20 years old and my band is not in this bad of condition.Desired Settlement: I believe that this band is a poor replica and not a genuine Gucci replacement. I am requesting a full refund for this defective/unauthentic band. If you would like me to return it I will also need money to pay a jeweler to remove it. I paid the Gucci Service center over $100 to replace the band plus I had a new battery installed. Now the condition of the new band is so poor that it is not even wearable.

Designer Timepiece finally responded and sent me a Return Authorization number They should have gotten the watch band today.
