On December 19,Mr*** *** *** had collected 50% downpayment for my window shutters order, he told me and to my wife personally that he will install my window shutter in weeksFive weeks had past, I have not hear from Mr*** *** about the status of my shutters, I had to make a phone call directly to himThe following day he informed me that my shutters will not be install as scheduleHe explains, his supplier told him the cargo ship will not arrive until February 2, and it will take business day to clear from US customs and will take additional days to unloadHe denied to me that he promised to me that he will install the shutters weeks from the day of purchaseI explained to him that I'm returning customer to his company and he installed my window shutters in weeks back on from my previous homeI had ask Mr *** *** to return my full 50% downpayment and terminate our transaction so I can start looking for another shutter company, but he refused to ref
