This customer ordered carpet from us. There was a production date that kept moving out. At first she was fine then the date was moved to Feb and she didn't want to wait. Which is understandable. She came in and picked out another carpet.  Then the stair carpet she ordered the same carpet mill...

discontinued and wasn't going to make anymore. At that time she wanted to cancel her order.
