I want to cancel my order ,they only cancel one product and refund me $179 and charge me for the rest.When I receive the bag I only find there was only three wallets, the last one they send to a wrong place,so I didn't get it .they admit it on the e-mail and promise to refund the money of four wallets within one week they received the item .I returned the three wallets by usps . usps shows they received my bag on [redacted] Aug.But they didn't give me any respond until now.

Second,

They e-mail tell me all the prada are quality product, If [redacted] gives you any trouble, the we will provide you with a pre-paid return label, and we will issue you a full refund.

I bring one of prada handbag to my local prada store ,the bar code shows they are all replica.I asked them throug e-mail,but no respond until now.Desired Settlement: 1. refund me for the other four wallets for order no.[redacted] for $703.5

2. I want to return all of the prada products I bought from them ,because they are all replica. And pay me the cost for return shipment . for
