Designing with Nature

I called Designing with Nature to get a bid on replacing drip lines front and back as well as to take the tan bark out of three locations, pull up the old weed felt and drip line and replace with new line and rock. We also had a broken pipe under the cement that had to be re-routed, wanted a sprinkler moved from rock location and added to corner of lawn. After they came out on March the 26th, I was told [redacted] will get back with me. Never heard anything until Sunday the 30th asking me when was a good time for them to start the work. I informed [redacted] I have never received the bid to get the work done. His comment was " I'm working on it right now, do you have an email". Gave him my email address and to this day never got a bid by email.The following Monday or Tuesday received a call from [redacted] asking if they could come out and look at the work needed to be done. They came out and went over the front and backyard. A bid was given to me for 1750.00 on back of a business card. I told him there was still another person to come out and check the work.I believe on Wed April the 2nd I called and told him he had the bid. This was to be a two day job. They started this job on April 8th and was finished on April 11th (two day job now four days).To make a long story short, on Thursday April 10th I came back home and turned the water on front and back. The water was shooting all over the place, not one connection was installed right. Covered up plants, removed a sprinkler from the middle of the lawn and never put drip down the side of the house.They sent Bill out on Friday April 11th, was told he would be done by noon, which was 3pm. He replaced 100% of the drip line, added the new line that was missing, came back on Monday as he ran out of parts. He offered me 50.00 for my time. I said no at least a couple hundred dollars need to come off. He said he had to pay out twice the amount, told him not my problem. He gave me 200.00 off and I paid Bill on Monday.My request is that he replaces the sprinkler that they removed, can't water lawn need to use hose, as one sprinkler won't cover lawn.Final Consumer Response I did receive a phone call, they did come out and replaced the sprinkler that they removed. I'm not happy but there is nothing more you or I can do except I will never use them and will never recommend the to anyone. Thank you for your attempt but we can see he doesn't care. I hired the company to do a small 2 hour job at 75.00 per hour from 1:00-3:00 pm as their field rep wrote on the invoice. He added incorrectly so I asked the tech if he was sure the amount was correct. Rather than create a scene or embarrassment to the field tech I paid the incorrect amount of 225.00 as he wrote on the invoice. I waited several days for there office to call and notice the adding error. After 4 days I received no responce so I sent a email with a couple of the in correct addition as well as called and left a message. The following Monday Stacy called me and said her tech made a simple addition mistake. She said she would have Casey the owner return my call. Two weeks have past and no responce.
