Review: I went to this kiosk looking for shirts with designs to buy. I wasn't sure of buying because the price for me was too much. The man persuaded me into buying them telling me that for the 2 matching tank tops I was interested in he would do a change to the design by putting part of the design on the back of the shirt, this is what got me to accept. He also gave me the deal of $85 for 4 shirts. He asked me for the money first and without thinking I gave him the $85 in cash. He told me the shirts would be done in 10 - 15 minutes. He started attending other customers without starting to make my shirts. While I was waiting my parents told me we had to go and since I'm out of state I wasn't going to be able to pick them up later or the next day. 15 minutes passed and I waited for him to finish talking to other customers and I asked him for my money back because I had to go and explained to him the reason why which I had also mentioned to him that I was out of state in the conversation we had. He got mad and started yelling at me telling me that I wasted his time and that he was not going to give me my money back. I told him that the shirt were not made and I couldn't wait another 15 minutes because I had to leave and that I was going to call my dad so that he can see that I did have to go. He replied yelling at me and getting in my face "Bring your dad you're going to cause fighting". My dad got to the kiosk and the man was really rude with my dad as well. He argued with my dad and then called a security guard. The security guard tried to help us but he told us that he couldn't make him give me my money back and told us to let him make the shirts. He waited there with us because even though the security guard was present he was still being rude. He made the shirts and he didn't do the change he had told me he would do with the matching shirts and I told him that I wanted the shirts how he told me he would do them form the beginning and he told the security guard yelling I was a liar.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and for him to pay shipping because I am not going to spend anymore money when this could of been resolved with him simply giving me my money back. The shirts have not been used because I was not pleased with the product and I don't want them. He also defamed me by calling me a liar and caused a lot of trouble in my daily life trying to get this resolved.
