Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is unacceptableI am not a professional painter, I changed mind on paint color only because I ASKED for samples prior to starting the project and was never provided anyRudy Reyes had no idea what he was doing in reference to the colors/ type of painting I asked forI have attached photographs of his work done over several days in approximately hours of labor which was sloppy and a horrible job The company I am working with now, Toys Painting of [redacted] Texas has had to all the cabinets that Rudy Reyes started because they were primed with paint instead of strippedIt is causing double the work for the new painters to fix what was started and is costing me more money to have them correct itIn addition, he used the WRONG type of paint a latex based paint instead of oil baseSEE PICTURESI will not pay $or any amount of money for sub-standard workI have tried to communicate with Rudy Reyes by telephone and email and there has been NO RESPONSE until I filed a complaint against him on Revdex.com Please return my entire deposit of $or I will proceed in another manner Regards, [redacted] ***

We did go out and I spent some of the deposit on materials and services she kept changing her mind on what color and stains so how am I at fault it was not just me I showed on Saturday and Monday did what I was so pose to do and she kept changing her mind so I will give back 700.00 and call it...

even I did buy what was needed .I will have her paid by 9/15/15

I am rejecting this response because:This is unacceptable. I am not a professional painter, I changed mind on 1 paint color only because I ASKED for samples prior to starting the project and was never provided any. Rudy Reyes had no idea what he was doing in reference to the colors/ type of painting I asked for. I have attached photographs of his work done over several days in approximately 7 hours of labor which was sloppy and a horrible job.  The company I am working with now, Toys Painting of [redacted] Texas has had to re-do all the cabinets that Rudy Reyes started because they were primed with paint instead of stripped. It is causing double the work for the new painters to fix what was started and is costing me more money to have them correct it. In addition, he used the WRONG type of paint a latex based paint instead of oil base. SEE PICTURESI will not pay $700.00 or any amount of money for sub-standard work. I have tried to communicate with Rudy Reyes by telephone and email and there has been NO RESPONSE until I filed a complaint against him on Revdex.com.  Please return my entire deposit of $1400.00 or I will proceed in another manner.
