Review: Ordered $80 worth of flowers online for a family member's birthday on August 29, 2016, for delivery September 14, 2016. I had used this florist previously and liked them, so I did not think placing order online would be an issue. Received receipt and order number promptly. But then the birthday came and no flowers arrived. Called phone number listed on email, Verizon said could no longer connect to that number. Replied to email requesting explanation of what was going on, have received no response four days later.

In short, I paid for flowers which were never delivered.

Review: Designs by Duane Leamer was located in Northern Cambria, PA. My daughter got engaged November 2014, I contacted [redacted] to be her florist for August 8, 2015 wedding. He agreed, requesting a 250 dollar deposit to hold the date, which I sent him a check early December 2014. In January, we heard he was going to close up shop and move his business to Pittsburgh, PA. He did close his shop in Northern Cambria, PA, my daughter contacted him and he stated he was moving to Pittsburgh, PA but he was honoring any bookings that had put a down payment down. He assured her that he was going to do the flowers for her wedding. For 3 months we have been trying to contact him via phone, facebook, and through his associates, to set up a meeting with him to go over what our needs will be for the wedding, with no response at all. The wedding is 8o days away, and I have gotten another florist to do the job.Desired Settlement: I want my 250 dollars returned.
