Hi Mr***,I am sorry you are feeling harassed but this is a pretty clear cut caseWhere you live you have parking spot deeded to your unitYou may also have one car parked in a visitor spot on a first come first serve basisYou were parking cars on the property which included in the
visitor spots and car in your deeded spotAt least two of those cars were unregistered and had identical unregistered plates on themThis information was also confirmed with the local Police Dept.We sent you e-mail correspondence on a Tuesday which you responded to giving you until Friday to get the cars off the property or they would be towedUpon arriving at the property on Friday you still had one unregistered car that had not moved from the parking lotThis car was towed as promised in our e-mail to you. I know you already have a copy of the rules because we sent them to you prior to having the car towed and have sent out several notices pertaining to parking rules in the pastI have also attached a copy here for reviewPlease pay particular attention to Rule which speaks specifically about parkingPlease also note the section that speaks about towingWe technically have the right according to your rules to tow any vehicle in violation of any rules without noticeWe gave ample notice and warning.Please call me directly if you wish to speak about this more.Thank you,*** ** ***
