***,I am more than willing to meet to show all documentation mentioned below:We have a contract and documentation to support all chargesWe also have several emails that prove that this couple is, in the very least, exaggeratingThe items (copied and pasted from [redacted] 's email) that they are claiming to have been broken are as follows: All things brokenPink candle with gold writingOne flute glass (in box but just thrown in and lid came off as it was poorly packagedShe also inquired to my aunt if I was gonna leave my stuff thereTo "donate"My vaseFeather pen shames from being poorly packagedMr and Mrs white and gold candlepictures frames (not wrapped)There was tons of broken glass when I opened boxes and it was clear it was thrown in Most of these belongings were packed and removed by the parents of the bride and/or maid of honor A few boxes were packed by our staff and left behind past the point that we are held liable according to the contract Any decorations left in the facility after the event must be picked up no later than the following Wednesday or risk the loss of items.The boxes were picked up on Thursday.As far as customer service is concerned???[redacted] 's first email about her event:From: [redacted] ***< [redacted] >Date: Sat, Nov 5, at 3:PMSubject: Re: Photo Booth PhotosTo: " [redacted] " < [redacted] > [redacted] , I just want to thank you so much for being my coordinator! I would love to give kudos to your bossesif you wouldn't mind sending me their emailsYou need a raise! My mom loved you, I loved you and you make everything seamless! Thank you so much! Very happy Bride, [redacted] *** I also find their accusations of illegal activity by my staff to be and slanderous in natureWe have a zero tolerance for such things and not only did she not tell the two managers about these claims she then refused to describe or come in and identify the staff members that she "caught red handed"[redacted] also wrote in her email that she did not want a refund:I'm not looking for a refund-- the things were special and had sentimental value and cannot be recreated.I offered to replace any items that were brokenI offered to refund money of broken itemsI offered to meet in personShe did not want to meetShe did not produce receipts nor did she want money She asked for an apology and accountabilityI have tried my best to give her both.Please adviseKind Regards, [redacted] ***PresidentCafeo Hospitality IncThe Bell Event Centrep ###-###-####f ###-###-####
