I have had several email exchanges with CSR MrLeonard F* about filters I ordered back in the middle of May (05/14/16)Their website says orders usually ship in hoursI was told one of the three filters was on back-order and that they should receive it by Tuesday which was June 7th ,I have sent two email since then and have not heard from MrF* yet as to a possible delivery estimateVery disappointed in the customer service of this company
I ordered some water filters on 8/2/I received an email confirmation and the charged amount was deducted from my debit card account I have emailed them times to inquire about the delivery date and not gotten any response
